Terry began an interest in construction at a young age watching his father who worked in the construction field. He earned his associate degree in Civil Engineering and was licensed by the State of North Carolina in 1983 as a General Contractor and in 1988 as a Professional Land Surveyor No. 3107. In 1986, he began two full-time companies for both of his services. He began the business with four employees, including him, who built homes and businesses from framing to finishing. With years of devotion and continued success built on making the client’s needs a priority the company has been able to expand and grow into a trustworthy and professional firm that client’s continue to rely upon. Terry has spent years perfecting his company and has been able to take a more managerial role in the company. The company has expanded to become a premier custom home building firm in Western North Carolina and the building of your home now includes an expert group of subcontractors as Terry oversees and ensures their progress.

Stephanie, Terry’s daughter, will soon be the newest member to join CSDB, Inc. full-time in May 2008 when she graduates from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Management. She has spent the past four years during school breaks learning the details of CSDB and soon will be aiding in its daily functions. Stephanie will be the client’s personal guide in decisions, planning, and scheduling throughout the entire progress of their custom home. Also, CSDB plans to soon launch a new computer system, which Stephanie will maintain, that will allow all of our client’s access to the progress and needs of their new home.

Pam, Terry’s wife, has been an important member of CSDB for seventeen years and has been devoted to its success as a premier custom home builder in the Western North Carolina area. She has helped to aid in the company’s growth and is always willing to assist in any daily details CSDB needs to remain a successful firm.
